U sunčanom Vršcu, 12. maja, završena je ovogodišnja Socijaldemokratska Akademija Ženskog Liderstva. Akademija je okupila 25 izuzetnih učesnica iz 6 progresivnih političkih organizacija. Ovaj inovativni program akademije, održan je kao podrška predstavnicama progresivnih stranaka i pokreta za njihovo lično učešće na predstojećim lokalnim izborima. Najvažniji rezultat ovog programa je bila intenzivna razmena ideja, znanja i inspiracije.
Kroz različita predavanja koja su obuhvatila širok spektar tema, počevši od istorije feminističkog pokreta, preko funkcionisanja sistema lokalne samouprave, izbornog procesa, liderstva za žene, do rodne statistike, analize i budžetiranja kao osnovnih alata u borbi za rodnu ravnopravnost i rodnu pravdu, omogućen je detaljan uvid u sve aspekte rodne politike i politike uopšte, što je bilo od suštinskog značaja za naše polaznice akademije. Treninzi koji su obuhvatili ključne veštine za aktivno učešće u političkim procesima, od organizovanja političke kampanje, upotrebe društvenih medija, pripreme govora, gerile političkog marketinga, pa sve do javnog nastupa, osnažili su liderke i pružili im dodatnu motivaciju za njihov politički angažman.
SD akademija ženskog liderstva predstavlja kreativni prostor gde su se učesnice obrazovale, delile iskustva i stvarale čvrste veze pripremajući se za buduću kampanju. Atmosfera je bila veoma podsticajna. Raspravljalo se o mnogo različitih važnih pitanja vezanih za trenutna dešavanja u političkom životu Srbije, posebno ulogom žena u politici i različitim izazovima sa kojima se političarke u Srbiji susreću. Polaznice akademije ženskog liderstva svojim radom, motivacijom, požrtvovanošću i angažmanom bude nadu za bolju budućnost. Zato su one naše nositeljke nade!
U okviru oba seminara organizovane su i panel diskusije posvećene važnim temama za ženski pokret u Srbiji – razgovaralo se o Zakonu o rodnoj ravnopravnosti, položaju žena u izbornom procesu i nasilju prema ženama u javnom prostoru, kao i o feminističkoj spoljnoj politici, kao novom konceptu koji dolazi iz Evrope.
Smernice za feminističku spoljnu politiku pružaju okvir za delovanje svih zaposlenih u Ministarstvu spoljnih poslova Savezne republike Nemačke, podstičući refleksiju i inicijativu. Formulisane su u saradnji sa međunarodnim partnerima, zaposlenima u Ministarstvu spoljnih poslova i u dijalogu sa civilnim društvom. Nemačka sledi primer drugih zemalja, poput Švedske, Kanade ili Meksika.
Na tribini su pokrenuta pitanja o rastu i jačanju desnih i antirodnih pokreta, koje predstavljaju dodatne prepreke političkoj participaciji žena, kao i bezbednosti generalno. Feministička spoljna politika je koncept koji bi mogao da da veliki doprinost u stvaranju rodne pravde u društvu.
